Thank you for your interest in volunteering with MakeChange NoCo! As an all-volunteer organization, people like you are essential to the work we do in Northern Colorado. As a volunteer, you’ll get to interact directly with low- to moderate-income taxpayers who need help preparing their own tax returns at no cost. This includes people with disabilities, senior citizens, homebound citizens and those with limited English proficiency (LEP).

You can also choose your volunteer duty. Not all positions require tax knowledge. The hours are flexible, the training is free, and the time commitment is minimal.

- Tax Preparer
- Computer Specialist or Troubleshooter
Don’t know that much about taxes? Don’t worry — you’ll get specialized training from IRS-certified volunteers, through self-guided on-line resources and small group sessions.
